FAQ

No. Only one user with a specific email can be logged into the control panel from a single device at a time. If you need to access it from another device, simply request a new login link to your email from that new device and follow it. You will gain access to the control panel on the new device, while the previous session on the first device will be automatically terminated.
The configured VPN runs on WireGuard technology and software. WireGuard is a modern, open-source VPN protocol that is recognized by experts worldwide for its simplicity, high performance, and robust security. It uses state-of-the-art cryptography (noise protocol framework, Curve25519, ChaCha20) to ensure reliable and stable operation. This makes it an excellent choice for creating a secure, fast, and fail-safe connection.
The maximum number of VPN configurations is limited by the number of IP addresses in the internal subnet and equals 255. However, please note that for stable operation on a server with minimal configuration (e.g., a VPS with 1 vCPU, 1GB RAM, 100Mbps), it is recommended to configure no more than 20 peers. For a larger number, it is better to use a more powerful server.
Currently, our service works with Linux Ubuntu or Debian operating systems. We are continuously working to expand the list of supported operating systems. For the VPN server to function, the most minimal server configuration is sufficient. You can monitor the server load in the control panel.
Yes, you can. After ordering additional IP addresses from your provider, go to the control panel, select the desired server, and click "Edit Server". In the window that appears, click "Add IP Pool". Then, in the new section, enter your new public IP in the "External IP" field. Optionally, you can change the Internal IP and the Maximum Number of Peers for this address. Click "Save". After the server reconfiguration, when you use the "Add Peer" option, you will be able to select the new IP address for creating a VPN configuration.
Go to the main page of wg-vpn.com and click the "CREATE VPN NOW" button. In the pop-up window, enter your server's IP address (IPv4), Port, SSH Username and SSH Password, as well as your Email. Then, click "Start Setup". Once the setup is complete, a link to access the control panel will be sent to the specified email address. In the panel, you can get the ready-to-use configuration file and instructions for connecting your devices. Watch a video tutorial on setting up a VPN at WG-VPN.COM
