2.1 What is wg-vpn.com?
wg-vpn.com is a web platform providing users with a convenient interface and tools for self-configuration and administration of VPN servers based on the WireGuard protocol.
2.2 Key Features
- Allows you to connect your own server by IP address, login, and password
- Provides a panel for creating and managing VPN users, setting traffic and time limits for them
- Generates configuration files for WireGuard clients
2.3 Important Limitations
- The Service is free of charge
- We do NOT provide access to VPN servers, nor do we own or manage physical servers whose data you enter
- We do NOT have access to and do NOT log traffic passing through your VPN servers
- Our Service is exclusively a management tool (administration panel) for your existing infrastructure
3. Your Obligations and Warranties
- You agree to use the Service and your VPN servers exclusively for lawful purposes, in accordance with your country's legislation and international law
- You warrant that you have all legal rights (are the owner or administrator) to manage the servers whose access data (IP address, login, password/key) you enter on the Site
- You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wg-vpn.com account login data and for all actions performed under your account
- You agree NOT to use the Service for: organizing cyber attacks, network scanning, spam or malware distribution; accessing illegal materials; copyright infringement; or any activity that may disrupt the Site or other users' infrastructure
4. Privacy and Data
Processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms. You acknowledge that you enter confidential access data to your servers on the Site at your own risk. We apply modern encryption standards to protect this data on our side, but cannot guarantee absolute security of any internet transmissions.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We give no express or implied warranties regarding its uninterrupted operation, security, or suitability for specific purposes. We are NOT responsible for: the availability, functionality, security, or settings of your VPN servers; any content transmitted through VPN connections organized using our Service; any direct or indirect losses, lost profits, or data loss arising from the use or inability to use the Service; consequences of data leakage from your servers not directly caused by wg-vpn.com.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights to the Site, its design, interface, source code, logo, and branding belong to us or our licensors. You retain all rights to your server data and configurations created using the Service.
7. Termination of Access
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, without prior notice and without giving reasons, to suspend or delete your account if we have reason to believe you have violated these Terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We may change these Terms. The current version is always available on this page with the update date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your agreement to the new version.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms we will try to resolve through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be subject to resolution through appropriate legal channels.
